- Responsible for sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to meet the company’s workforce needs efficiently

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of Human Resources and/or Psychology
- 2 to 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Familiarity with various recruitment platforms and sourcing strategies
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to handle confidential candidate and hiring data with integrity
- Strong coordination and organizational skills
- Proactive and Detail-Oriented
