The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Integrate applications within our system and external applications such as email automation, CRM, customer service, project management, and more.
2. Edit and publish the Website
3. Identify and use apps that serve our day-to-day operational needs.
4. Email Setup, Creation, Troubleshooting
5. Manager Company IT assets
6. Serve as webmaster for our website.
7. Communicate with various departments and/or clients concerning server needs.
8. Assist in supervising communication with managed services like web development.
9. Provide Monthly Reports (SLA, Server usage, Cost, Inventory, etc) to the supervisor
10. Server Maintenance, Updates, and Backup
11. Decent and reliable internet and electricity connection is a must.
12. Has a functioning workstation at home with a headset, camera, and laptop.

Skills Required:


1. Knowledge in managing Cpanel/WHM
2. Knowledge in managing Domain DNS
3. Knowledge of Outlook/Thunderbird or other email client applications
4. Knowledge of SSH
5. Basic to intermediate WordPress troubleshooting skills.
6. Highly preferred if you have Zoho app experience.
7. Quick learner of new platforms.
