RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Develop and implement business strategies to drive customer growth and profitability.
*Train and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
*Ensure excellent customer satisfaction through quality service
*Oversee store administration and compliance with policies.
*Maintain store condition and visual merchandising standards.
*Analyze buying trends and propose innovative ideas to increase market share.
*Conduct performance appraisals and address staff and customer issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven success as a retail Store Manager or Restaurant Manager from any QSR (Quick Service Restaurant).
- Customer service and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
-Amenable to work at WalterMart Bicutan located at 117 E Service Rd, Parañaque, Metro Manila
