About the Role:
The IT Systems & Integrations Manager will oversee Waiakea’s IT support ticketing system and lead the integration of software applications across the organization. This role requires expertise in EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and API integrations, particularly with platforms such as SPS Commerce, Celigo, and NetSuite. The position focuses on process management, issue resolution, system optimization, and ensuring seamless data flow between business systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- ️Manage and optimize the IT ticketing system (e.g., Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow).
- ️Monitor and resolve IT tickets, identify recurring issues, and implement solutions.
- ️Oversee integration projects between ERP, CRM, e-commerce, HRIS, shipping, and financial systems.
- ️Lead EDI and API integrations including SPS Commerce, Celigo, Amazon, Shopify, and co-packer systems.
- ️Audit and stabilize high-volume data flows (sales orders, inventory adjustments, ASN, fulfillment).
- ️Maintain and update EDI maps (850, 856, 810, 940, 945, 997).
- ️Develop automation solutions (e.g., billing automation, inventory tagging, price group automation).
- ️Provide NetSuite support (reporting, scripting, workflows, assembly audits).
- ️Document integration logic, SOPs, and support business continuity.
- ️Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to support IT initiatives.

Qualifications:
✔️Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
✔️3–5+ years in IT service management and system integrations.
✔️Proven experience with ERP integrations (preferably NetSuite).
✔️Hands-on experience with Celigo Integrator.io, SPS Commerce, REST/SOAP APIs.
✔️Strong knowledge of EDI standards: 850 (PO), 856 (ASN), 810 (Invoice), 940 (Shipping Order), 945 (Warehouse Advice).
✔️Experience with WMS, e-commerce platforms, and co-packer integrations.
✔️Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
✔️Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and non-technical audiences.
✔️Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote setup.

Nice to Have:
ITIL Foundation certification
Scripting experience (Python, JavaScript)
Familiarity with GDPR/CCPA and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
