Join Us as an SAP ABAP Analyst – Level 2 We’re seeking a skilled SAP ABAP Analyst (Level 2) to provide development and support across multiple SAP modules. In this role, you’ll work with a US healthcare leader employing over 90,000 people worldwide (including 700+ in the Philippines), helping to design, build, and maintain high-quality SAP solutions that support business‑critical operations. What You’ll Do Provide day‑to‑day Level 2 development support for SAP system Design, develop, and maintain new and existing SAP programs Translate functional specifications into technical solutions with detailed documentation Process data migration activities and support system integrations Collaborate with Functional, Basis, and Security teams to ensure system reliability Support SAP upgrades, enhancement packs, and compliance requirements (SOX, ITIL, CSV) Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency in SAP operations What We’re Looking For 3–5 years’ experience in SAP ABAP development Strong expertise in IDOCs, RFC, BAPI, BADI, ALV, Data Dictionary, Reports, BDC, Interfaces, OSS Notes, Smart Forms, and SAP Scripts Hands‑on experience with LSMW, SAP SD, MM, FI, CO, PP, WM Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills Proven ability to deliver solutions on time with quality documentation Experience supporting interfaces with third‑party software Knowledge of ITIL environments and tools like ServiceNow Strong communication skills, able to explain technical details to non‑technical users Ability to work flexibly, including shifts and on‑call for escalated issues Why Join Us?
