Roles and Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain custom SAP applications using ABAP programming language Create and modify reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows using ABAP Develop and implement user exits, BADI, BAPI, and enhancements Work on system integration projects involving SAP and non-SAP systems using SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE); ensure seamless integration of SAP modules and third-party systems Perform code reviews and conduct performance tuning to ensure optimal system performance; optimize existing ABAP code and implement best practices Develop comprehensive technical documentation for new and existing applications and maintain detailed documentation for custom developments, interfaces, and workflows Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to gather and analyze requirements; provide technical support for SAP modules, troubleshoot issues, and resolve technical problems Conduct unit testing and support integration and user acceptance testing; ensure all developments meet quality standards and comply with corporate policies Education and Experience Required Clean Core comprising ODATA, CDS, RAP, SAP CAP, Adapt UI (SAPUI5), ABAP (fullstack with experience in S4 Cloud development and SAP BTP) Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP ABAP & S4HANA development; experience with S4HANA projects, either as a lead or as a developer Proven experience in full lifecycle SAP projects (design, development, testing, deployment) Technical Skills Proficiency in SAP ABAP programming language (reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows) ABAP HR expertise In-depth knowledge of SAP integration technologies (IDocs, RFC, BAPI, ALE) Experience with ABAP Objects, ALV reporting, and Smart Forms/SAP Scripts Experience in SAP Fiori/UI5 and S/4HANA SAP EWM Knowledge Soft Skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment What Awaits You At DXC Health Insurance (HMO) for you and dependents upon hiring Life Insurance coverage from day 1 of employment 15 - 20 days of vacation and 15 days of sick leave Expanded maternity leave up to 120 days and maternity benefits Expanded paternity leave up to 30 days Non-Taxable Allowance (De-minimis) Company-sponsored trainings, upskilling, and certification SMART First Working Arrangements Healthy and encouraging work environment Recognition and pay-for-performance culture Supplemental pay (Standby/Shift) Retirement program Employee Assistance Program Disclaimer Recruitments fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services.
