- Must be a Licensed Geodetic Engineer
- Has a basic knowledge in survey procedures and the use of instruments
- Knows how to use AutoCAD and MS Office
- Has strong leadership and communication skills to lead a team of surveying aides
- Be able to focus despite the work pressure & project timeline
