JOB SUMMARY The Collections MIS Associate proactively performs, interprets, analyzes data and generate reports. Creates and maintains daily performance reports from large data set and multiple data sources. SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Communicates with the branches for changes in zoning, tagging and assignments. Processing data and information according to Collection guidelines. Bring technical expertise to ensure the quality and accuracy of the data, then process, and turn into required daily and/or monthly reports. Creates and maintains interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis. Validates and oversees branch submission of Account Verification of new releases. Performs all other tasks that may be assigned from time to time. JOB SPECIFICATIONS College graduate of Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or related field with the approval of the hiring manager and department head provided that the candidate has the required relevant work experience indicated and with the approval of the hiring manager and department head. At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel or data analysis. Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Looker, or Data Studio, with knowledge of Tableau as an advantage. Familiarity with MS Excel and Google Suite apps Experience using statistical computer language (SQL) Preferably Advance Microsoft Excel Skills Good communication skills Strong keen to details and good organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
