JOB OPENING: Skin Sales Consultant

Locations:
- Mandaluyong
-Quezon City

Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule | 6 Days a Week
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 – 30,000 (based on qualifications and experience)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Skin Sales Consultant who will play a key role in providing personalized skincare consultations and expert product recommendations to clients. The role is focused on driving sales of skincare products and treatments, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Consultation & Sales
Greet clients warmly and establish trust and rapport
-Conduct skin analyses and recommend suitable skincare products and treatments
-Educate clients on product benefits, usage, and expected results
-Achieve sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, and effective follow-ups
-Handle inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly

2. Product Knowledge & Inventory
-Stay updated on skincare products, services, and industry trends
-Assist in inventory monitoring and merchandising displays
-Participate in product training and share learnings with the team

3. Client Relationship Management
-Maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent communication and care
-Promote client loyalty programs, promotions, and referral incentives
-Record client preferences and feedback accurately in the CRM system

4. Team Collaboration & Compliance
-Work closely with aestheticians, doctors, and clinic staff to ensure seamless client care
-Follow all clinic policies, procedures, and safety protocols
-Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional clinic environment

Key Performance Metrics:
-Daily and monthly sales performance
-Consultation-to-conversion rate
-Repeat business and package renewals
-Client satisfaction ratings
-Upselling and cross-selling effectiveness

Qualifications:
-With a background in sales, skincare, cosmetics, or customer service
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong passion for skincare, beauty, and client service
