Position Overview:
Catanauan Cove is looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Booking and Marketing Staff to manage reservation inquiries, coordinate bookings, and assist with the execution of marketing strategies. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys engaging with clients, is organized, and has a passion for hospitality and tourism promotion.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest inquiries and manage bookings via phone, email, and social media
Maintain accurate reservation records and client information
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns (online and offline)
Manage and create content for social media platforms
Coordinate with the operations and front office teams to ensure smooth guest experiences
Provide after-sales support and gather customer feedback
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Marketing, Business, or related field
Experience in reservations, front desk, or marketing is a plus
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiar with social media platforms and basic marketing tools
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Willing to work on-site in Catanauan, Quezon
