Job Description
• Responsible for creating Test Strategy for the support functions inclusive of Defect Management, NFT, Automation & Test Tool, as well as overall Planning and estimates for the needed resources for testing efforts
• Responsible for making sure that testing scope are correct by aligning requirements with business stakeholders / project team
• Oversees execution and completion of End-to-end Test Activities. Ensure QA standards are enforced on all projects
• Prepares and executes Testing Kick-off
• Reviews and approves Test Execution Plans for End-to-End Testing
• Ensures Traceability from Requirements
• Facilitates test readiness and coordinates with Test Environment readiness for End-to-End Testing
• Ensures issuance of Test Completion Certificate for End-to-End Testing
• Prepares Test Closeout Report at the end of Testing Activities.
• Responsible for creating reports for senior managers for progress and issue • Train, coach and mentor QA members

Non-Exemption/Must Have
At least 5 years' experience as a Test Manager.
* Advanced knowledge of Software Testing theories and practices
* Advanced knowledge of computers
* Proficiency in written and spoken English
* Leadership
* Knowledgeable in HPQC.
* Knowledgeable in waterfall and agile methodology
* Can handle multiple projects and lead the testing team.
* Can handle pressure from business and stakeholder.
* Can handle pressure to deliver projects with not enough resources, low budget and not enough time.
