Key Responsibilities:
Provide leading practices on tax processes, and develop blueprints tailored for clients.
Conduct business requirement workshops, gathering client needs across various tax operations.
Analyze business requirements, suggesting best practices and technical solutions for effective implementation.
Facilitate design sessions covering tax determination, calculation, reporting, and compliance.
Lead the integration and functional configuration of ERPs with external tax technologies, ensuring high automation levels.
Develop comprehensive documentation, training materials, and procedural guides.
Collaborate across multiple business streams, working with stakeholders from diverse processes and functions.
Assist leadership teams in drafting proposals, viewpoint development, and business development activities.
What You Bring to the Role:

Your Experience Counts:
MBA from a Tier-1 B-school, or qualifications as C.A. or C.P.A..
5-8 years of experience in tax accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, and transfer pricing.
Exposure to multiple tax types and business processes across regions like NA, EU, APAC, LATAM.
Solid knowledge of tax processing standards, compliance reporting, and forecasting methodologies.
Experience integrating tax technologies with ERP systems, with a hands-on approach to implementations.
Proficiency in transformational projects spanning multiple phases, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
Familiarity with tax technologies like Oracle HTP/TRCS, OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax, Longview, Alteryx, or Anaplan.
Other Key Areas:
Program Management: Effective planning and execution of multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high efficiency and quality.
Client Collaboration: Maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring effective communication and ongoing engagement.
