Join us in unlocking new value with initiatives that include:Identifying opportunities and building your internal network to drive business development activities.Leading project delivery, client interactions, proposal pitching, and stakeholder management for both internal and external projects.Preparing business cases, project plans, estimates, staffing requirements, and execution approaches for tax-related opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Lead the design and delivery of solutions, ensuring high-quality outcomes within time and budget constraints.Coordinate with client teams to build and maintain strong, effective relationships, ensuring seamless collaboration and project execution.Drive transformation projects, handling tax integration, reporting compliance, and forecasting.Manage the performance of teams of 5-10 resources, supporting recruitment initiatives and training programs.Develop thought leadership content related to the tax function and transformation projects, showcasing insights into current trends and best practices.What You Bring to the Role:An MBA from a Tier-1 B-school, C.A., or C.P.A. qualification.8+ years of experience in financial or tax accounting, reporting, consolidation, and transfer pricing.Expertise in direct tax provisioning, compliance reporting, and tax data analytics.Proven experience integrating tax technology solutions with ERP systems.At least 3 full lifecycle implementations in tax technology for direct tax solutions, from planning to deployment and support.Familiarity with tax technologies such as Oracle HTP/TRCS, OneSource Tax Provision, Corptax, Longview, Alteryx, or Anaplan.Strong leadership and people management experience, with a history of managing teams independently across multiple projects.Other Areas of Expertise:Program ManagementAbility to plan, manage, and deliver multiple projects in a dynamic environment with complex stakeholders, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.Technical KnowledgeExperience in tax integration, data analytics, and enterprise resource planning solutions.People ManagementLead teams across diverse geographies and cultures, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.What's in It for You?Work on transformative projects with leading global enterprises across multiple industries.Collaborate with strategy leaders, enterprise function experts, technology specialists, and business intelligence professionals to co-create innovative, technology-driven solutions.Embrace responsible business practices, prioritizing how you engage with clients and uphold professional conduct.Access personalized training modules to strengthen your strategy, consulting skills, and industry knowledge.Thrive in a culture that emphasizes equality, collaboration, and boundaryless teamwork, ensuring collective success across all levels of the organization.
