We are looking for a Finance Transformation Consultant – Direct Tax to help organizations optimize tax processes through technology, automation, and strategic transformation. This role requires expertise in direct tax regulations, finance transformation, and tax technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Lead finance transformation initiatives for direct tax compliance, reporting, and planning.
Assess tax processes, identifying automation and efficiency improvements.
Implement and optimize tax technology solutions for compliance and data accuracy.
Collaborate with finance, tax, and IT teams to integrate digital tax solutions.
Provide insights on regulatory changes impacting tax operations.
Develop tax transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
Support tax strategy, risk management, and process standardization.
Train stakeholders on tax technologies and best practices.
Manage relationships with vendors and technology providers for tax automation tools.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Taxation.
CPA, CFA, or tax certifications (CTA) preferred.
5+ years in direct tax, finance transformation, or tax technology consulting.
Strong knowledge of direct tax regulations and reporting.
Experience with tax automation tools (ONESOURCE, SAP Tax, Alteryx, etc.).
Proficiency in data analytics, process automation, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
