Join a dynamic team dedicated to supporting CFOs and finance organizations in embracing digital transformation, optimizing processes, and achieving operational excellence.---Key Responsibilities- Lead project delivery, managing client interactions and stakeholder relationships across internal and external teams. - Guide and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring successful project execution within planned timelines. - Drive solution design and implementation, maintaining high-quality outcomes within budget and time constraints. - Collaborate with client teams to maintain and enhance relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust. - Oversee the functional design of ERP solutions, assessing project requirements and delivering optimal solutions for clients. - Proactively identify business opportunities by leveraging your internal and external network. - Draft proposals, respond to RFPs, and deliver client presentations to drive business development initiatives. - Develop business cases, project plans, estimates, and staffing strategies to support ERP proposals and client deliverables. - Independently support business development and project delivery both onshore and offshore. ---Skills and Qualifications - Strong experience in SAP FICO, Oracle Fusion, or Oracle EBS (e-Business Suite) design and implementation. - Solid understanding of finance business processes, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Taxation, Organization Structure, and Chart of Accounts. - Knowledge of ERP reporting and customization capabilities in tools like SAP BI/BO, Fiori, and Dashboard Development. - Deep expertise in ERP system integration project, specifically SAP ECC, S/4HANA Finance modules, and other ERP applications. - Experience leading Finance Transformation, Shared Services Delivery, and Operating Model Optimization projects. - A background in consulting firms or companies involved in ERP platform implementation and shared service centers. ---What We Offer - Work on transformative projects with leading global companies across various industries. - Collaborate with experts in strategy, enterprise functions, business intelligence, and technology integration to drive innovative solutions. - Contribute to responsible business practices, ensuring sustainability and ethical operations. - Access personalized training modules, enhancing your strategy and consulting acumen, industry knowledge, and career growth. - Thrive in a culture that prioritizes equality, collaboration, and boundary-less teamwork, fostering personal and professional development across the organization.
