Role Description:
The Client Success Manager (Affiliate Marketing) is a Permanent work-from-home setup from Monday to Friday. The role involves managing customer relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve customer retention.
Qualifications:
Experience in Client Relations
Experience in digital sales and marketing; proficiency in SEO
Experience in using Affiliate Tracking Platforms and CRM Tools
Ability to analyze data to optimize campaigns and deliver actionable insights
Ability to work and decide independently at the same time collaborate with cross-functional teams
Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Customer Service skills
Analytical Skills and Relationship-building abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Experience in affiliate marketing or client success management is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
