Citrix Admin

· Configure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.

· Good knowledge on Nutanix, Vmware, Azure Cloud or Citrix Cloud, Linux KVM

· Good knowledge on Azure VDI

· Monitor system performance and proactively address any issues to ensure optimal functionality.

· Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.

· Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.

· Deploy and manage virtualized applications through Citrix App Layering or other technologies.

· Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and seamless delivery.

· Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.

· Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.

· Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support.

· Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.

· Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.

· Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.

· Creation/Modification of Policies Modifications to the existed applications Server based on business requirements.

· Managing Policies through NetScaler Hands on experience in Citrix Profile Management Managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.

· Vendor Coordination (Citrix) - Call Logging/Monitoring/Escalation Necessary support for NetScaler level issue Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents Critical --Application Server Load balance configuration Requirement - Testing/ Analysis/ Installation/ Publishing Gateway configuration and Testing/Analysis of business requirement Load Evaluators/Load Balancing Servers Policies Administration & reconfiguration Virtual IP configure in NetScaler for web service.

· Critical Hotfix Installation in Citrix NetScaler. Backup & Restoration of Gateway configuration/ other NetScaler configuration.

· Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device.

· Administration of and performing reconfiguration based on requirements Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures.

· Good experience in resolving profile, printer, access, and communication issues on Citrix.

· Good knowledge on Nutanix, Vmware, Azure Cloud or Citrix Cloud, Linux KVM
