  • Configure, maintain, and optimize Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop environments.

  • Administer user profiles and policies within the Citrix environment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve profile-related issues to ensure a smooth end-user experience.
  • Deploy and manage virtualized applications through Citrix App Layering or other technologies.
  • Collaborate with application owners to ensure compatibility and seamless delivery.
  • Implement and maintain security policies related to Citrix environments.
  • Manage user access permissions and conduct regular access reviews.
  • Respond to and resolve Citrix-related incidents and service requests at Level 3 support.
  • Plan and execute Citrix software upgrades and patches.
  • Stay informed about the latest Citrix releases and recommend updates as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for Citrix configurations, procedures, and issue resolutions.
  • Creation/Modification of Policies Modifications to the existed applications Server based on business requirements.
  • Managing Policies through NetScaler Hands on experience in Citrix Profile Management Managing of 2FA User Profiles Policies through Citrix NetScaler.
  • Vendor Coordination (Citrix) - Call Logging/Monitoring/Escalation Necessary support for NetScaler level issue Preparation of MIR for Major Incidents Critical Application Server Load balance configuration Requirement - Testing/ Analysis/ Installation/ Publishing Gateway configuration and Testing/Analysis of business requirement Load Evaluators/Load Balancing Servers Policies Administration & reconfiguration Virtual IP configure in NetScaler for web service.
  • Critical Hotfix Installation in Citrix NetScaler. Backup & Restoration of Gateway configuration/ other NetScaler configuration.
  • Understanding of SSL Certificate and to perform the updates and renewal on Servers and NetScaler device.
  • Administration of and performing reconfiguration based on requirements Planning and execution of DR Drills based on availability of DR setup and recovery procedures.
  • Good experience in resolving profile, printer, access, and communication issues on Citrix.
  • Good knowledge on Nutanix, Vmware, Azure Cloud or Citrix Cloud, Linux KVM
  • Primary Skills: Citrix Virtual apps and Desktop and Citrix Cloud Xendesktop Xenapp/Azure VDI
