About the role
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an entry-level customer service representative. This is a great opportunity for someone with up to 1 year of experience who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You’ll be helping customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring they have a smooth and positive experience with our brand.
Key responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or phone
• Provide accurate information and resolve basic issues efficiently
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and patience in every interaction
• Record customer feedback and interactions using crm tools
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve concerns
• Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and product knowledge
Qualifications
• Up to 1 year of experience in customer service or related roles
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in english
• Basic problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Comfortable using google workspace or microsoft office
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic team environment
