Assistant Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with accounting standards and agency policies.
2. Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including reviewing invoices, monitoring payments, and managing customer billing and collections.
3. Supervise and provide guidance to the accounting team, including assigning tasks, reviewing work, and promoting professional development.
4. Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, finance, HR and other departments, to ensure effective communication and coordination across departments.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2. Proven experience (2 to 3 years) in accounting, or in a managerial role.
3. Can start as soon as posible.
4. Work location is Eastwood Quezon City.
