Job Summary
The Company Driver / Liaison Officer is responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services for the company, including airport transfers for clients, hotel drop-offs/pick-ups, and driving to various locations in Luzon for recruitment activities. The role also involves liaison tasks such as handling bank transactions, document delivery, and other assigned errands that support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Safely transport clients, employees, and visitors to and from the airport, hotels, and other designated locations.
• Drive to different areas in Luzon for recruitment activities, events, and other official company business.
• Conduct bank-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and updating of bank books/passbooks.
• Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles, including cleanliness, regular servicing, and reporting of any issues.
• Comply with traffic rules, safety regulations, and company policies at all times.
• Assist with messenger/liaison tasks such as delivering documents, securing permits, and coordinating with external offices when required.
• Provide support to administrative functions and other tasks assigned by management.

Qualifications
• Male, preferably 25–40 years old.
• At least High School Graduate / Vocational Course Graduate.
• Must have a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restriction 1, 2, or 3).
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience in Metro Manila and Luzon routes (corporate driving background is an advantage).
• Knowledgeable of traffic rules, regulations, and alternate routes in Metro Manila and nearby provinces.
• With good communication and interpersonal skills, courteous and professional when dealing with clients.
• Physically fit, reliable, and able to work long or flexible hours when needed.
• Can perform basic vehicle troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Preferably with experience in bank transactions and liaison work
