Job Description:
The intern will be assigned in the Solutions and Services area of PASIA Shared Services. The Solutions and Services area augments the company's clients in terms of master data coding & standardization, supplier assessment, eBidding, and other activities. The intern will be tasked to support these areas throughout their internship program.

JOB ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support in master data coding and standardization project.
Assist in other procurement shared services activities such as supplier sourcing, assessments, and eBidding.
Conduct researches related to supply chain, procurement, and logistics as needed.
Create powerpoint presentations and documentations depending on the requirements of the team.

Benefits:
Paid training
Salary: 2,000 - 5,000 per month

Schedule:
8 hour shift (Monday - Friday)


Qualifications:
• Students taking up Business Administration courses (e.g. Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Operations Management), Industrial Engineering, and Information Technology.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Team player
• Has a laptop
• Must be flexible
