As a Digital Learning Consultant

- Proficiency in instructional design, research, content analysis, and knowledge of learning trends.
- Strong experience with design and rapid authoring tools such as Articulate, Captivate, Camtasia, SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, and client-specific authoring tools.
- Solid understanding of content design principles and multimedia integration, along with technical know-how of platform functionalities and limitations.

For Analyst/Consultant Level
- A graduate/postgraduate degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Advertising, Public Relations, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in content development, instructional design, and multiple training modalities (e.g., Instructor-Led Training, 0Web-Based Training, Application Simulations, Job Aids).
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment and supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

For Manager/Senior Manager Level
