4. Excellent relationship management, coordination, and negotiation skills
5. Good ability to prioritize tasks when faced with multiple deadlines and operate under tight deadlines
6. Quick and enthusiastic learner.
Job Description:
1. Assist the Senior Events Officer in assessing the relative importance of and demand for events and other HONOR-related activations
2. Help in creating concepts and event plans for the product campaign or project
3. Coordinate with respective internal groups and departments (PR, Creatives, Sales, Trade, HR) on the event requirements
3. Assist the PR Leads & Sr. Events Officer in budget costing and management to ensure all are within the allocated budget.
4. Helps with sourcing and coordinating with agency/ies and third-party suppliers. Cost negotiation with suppliers and booking of talents, contractors, manpower, and management of each logistical requirement
5. Manage the output of event agencies and suppliers from ingress to egress. Doing quality assurance checks on event production materials.
6. Assist Sr. Events Officer in creating solid event processes and building supplier database
7. Preparation and filing of all necessary post-event documents like budget liquidation and internal and external post-mortem presentations
8. Actively seek potential brand event partnerships from various organizations to supplement sustaining efforts of HONOR PR and Brand Marketing
9. Carry out any other duties that are within the scope and grading of the post, which could also be requested by the line manager or supervisor
