OVERVIEW
Take the lead in managing nationwide retail operations for a top-tier tech brand overseeing store expansion, asset distribution, merchandising, and budget execution. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, results-driven leader with strong project management and people development skills.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Oversee project management for exclusive stores, SIS/corner builds—from proposal to design, costing, bidding, construction, and launch
- Handle legal documentation via the BPM system before store construction
- Lead retail expansion by analyzing asset saturation, mapping, and budget planning
- Manage nationwide retail assets including signage, laptop stands, NB locks, and more
- Monitor and implement store merchandising strategies, staff deployment, and store visit frequency
- Manage online retail data, e-Sales reports, channel maps, and asset tracking
- Supervise retail operation budgets, marketing claims, and post-event activities
- Coordinate with channel sales and marketing teams to align retail operations
- Lead and mentor the retail operations team to ensure efficiency and high performance

WHAT YOU BRING
- 5 years above of experience in retail operations or a similar role
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Highly organized and process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight deadlines
- Proven strength in budget control, cost efficiency, and operational excellence
- Passionate about people development and retail growth
- Willingness to travel across GMA, North/South Luzon, and VisMin regions
