HR & Admin Officer

Manage employee records and contracts, including new hire onboarding, terminations, and updating employee information
Assist in payroll management and implementation
Support in the implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support in the recruitment of new staff members
Support onboarding of staff members in HR & Admin procedures and exit process
Answer inquiries of employees and find solutions
Managing office space to ensure that all office cleaning and general maintenance are carried out
Requirements:
Must be a graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields
Computer literate
Profient / with experience using Microsoft Office programs
Good communication skills both verbal and non-verbal
Willing to be trained
