DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for assigned area's overall performance
2. Leading the achievement of assigned area's revenue & key products volume target achievement
3. In-charge of Sales target achievement, live demo units & stocks management, visual display execution & compliance, marketing materials, freebies, people management & overall region's activities through consistent store visits & market analysis
4. Analyze KPIs of each store to identify challenges, retail trends, and productivity. Utilize data to develop and optimize strategies and processes, increase efficiency and achieve targets
5. Responsible for area's full compliance on system uploading, execution and display compliance of marketing materials such as point of sale material, e-poster, price specs card holder, A4 acrylic holders & others allocation, distribution and execution
6. Responsible for displaying new fixtures, ingress on new stores, & brand visibility
7. Manages Retail Supervisors of assigned area
8. Coach, train, and build strong team to achieve over-all business targets and directions.
9. Conducts store visits and audits compliance level of all assigned stores.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
2. At least 2 years of working experience in Telecommunication Industry or any related field is required for this position
3. Experience in handling promoters or manpower
4. With Sales Experience
5. Business Development Skills
6. Must have experience in Mobile Technology Industry
7. Willing to do fieldwork
8. Willing to be assigned in any area of Bohol
