We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the overall operations of our commissary warehouse. The role is responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, ensuring accurate receiving and dispatch of goods, and maintaining proper storage conditions. You will also play a key role in implementing systems that support efficiency, food safety, and cost control.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including cold storage and dry storage.
- Oversee accurate receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies.
- Prepare and analyze warehouse and inventory reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and cost control in warehouse processes.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of warehouse management experience, preferably in a commissary, food manufacturing, or FMCG industry.
- Experience handling cold storage and dry storage operations is an advantage.
