As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing relationships with clients, and promoting our products to businesses, educational institutions, and other organizations. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and achieving sales targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales orientation, and a passion for providing quality products and services to customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Identify and pursue sales opportunities within designated territories or customer segments.
2. Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and referrals.
3. Present product demonstrations and samples to potential customers.
4. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
6. Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions.
7. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding product features, pricing, and availability.
8. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
9. Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the office/school supplies or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Working Day: Monday-Saturday
Working Time: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM

Office Location: Maa Diversion Road, Davao City
