POSITION OVERVIEW
Our client, an AU based solar panel and battery installation business is looking to hire Sales Specialists to join their growing Sales Team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in driving sales of their comprehensive energy and battery storage solutions for on-grid and off-grid customers in Australia.
COMPENSATION:
-Salary expectations will be determined on an individual basis and will depend on the candidate's experience and qualifications.

WHAT WE NEED
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in selling high value products or big ticket items
- Know how to find and build relationships with potential customers
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and results-driven and has the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of energy systems, renewable technologies, and energy efficiency concepts is a plus.
- Experience working with Australian market is another plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle customer contacts and inquiries through various channels like emails, calls, chats, social and SMS (90% Outbound call)
- Conduct comprehensive consultations with customers to understand their energy needs and assess the feasibility of energy solutions
- Educate customers on the benefits of renewable energy, including cost savings, environmental impact, and government incentives
- Continuously nurture the customers to build relationships which would translate to a closed high-value sale
- Coordinate with the installation and technical team for the schedule and design of the proposal
- Provide excellent after-sales support ensuring that customers are happy and satisfied
- Provide continuous feedback to multiple departments to further improve the process, product, or people within the department.
