Job Summary:

The Accounting Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with accounting operations, and supporting the finance team in ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. This role involves processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and providing timely financial information for decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time.

Prepare, review, and reconcile general ledger entries and journal entries.

Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and ensure proper documentation.

Generate financial reports as required by management.

Support audit activities by providing necessary documents and explanations.

Assist in budget preparation and monitoring of financial performance.

Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.

Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies.

Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Fresh graduate is welcome to apply, with 1 year experience is an advantage.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
