Associate Director – Enterprise Applications & Quality Assurance Services This role is responsible for leading our Applications and Quality Assurance team, and for overseeing the management, development, and support of core systems across the business, including casino gaming platforms, plus Online Casino, hospitality applications, and back‑office solutions. The role is accountable for application uptime and achieving defined service level of 99.8%. The incumbent will drive the Setup and readiness for QA testing environments and drive system optimization. This position requires both strategic vision and hands‑on leadership to align technology with business goals while ensuring operational excellence. Major Responsibilities and Duties Lead Applications Management – Oversee the planning, implementation, and support of key business systems, including Casino Management System, Slots Management System, Loyalty Management System, Hotel Management System, Point of Sale (POS), Enterprise Resource Planning solutions (ERP), integration platforms and other applications. Quality Assurance Leadership – Establish and maintain QA processes and environment, ensuring all applications are thoroughly tested, reliable, and meet compliance requirements. Integration support: own APIs (lifecycle & versions), use event‑driven patterns, and ensure reliable messaging (SLAs, monitoring, retries). Accountable for building high performance teams with defined KPI’s, and individual performance plans and continuous mentoring and upskilling of Team Members. Accountable for Vendor SLA compliance, input into contract performance reviews and the cost efficiency of the 3rdd party providers. Accountable for the project delivery into day to day management and support. Accountable for full regulatory/audit compliance with zero major non conformities identified by Internal Audit. Driving continuous improvements initiatives that reduce costs or downtime by measurable percentages. Accountable for timely communication of IT metrics, risks and performance to IT Executive Management. Job Specifications Educational Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or Management is an advantage. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, ISTQB, or equivalent) are a plus. Experience Requirements 10+ years of progressive experience in IT, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role. Strong background in managing enterprise applications such as casino gaming systems, hospitality solution, and back‑office applications. Experience with middleware/integration platforms. Proven record of accomplishment in setting up and managing QA/testing frameworks for enterprise applications. Demonstrated success in leading IT project support, resource allocation, and project monitoring. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the gaming or hospitality industry is an advantage. Solid experience in vendor management, budgeting, and IT governance. Technical Skills Solid knowledge of enterprise applications, including casino gaming applications, hospitality, ERP applications and others. Experience with integration tools and middleware. Skilled in QA practices, test planning, and release management. Familiar with databases, reporting tools, and application performance monitoring. Strong awareness of IT security and compliance, especially within regulated industries. Development of the application technology roadmap. Key Performance Indicators System uptime and service availability >99.8% QA availability for testing environments 99.8% Annual cost optimization >4% within area of responsibility Zero major audit findings related to applications and QA environments. Other Qualifications Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail. Proven ability to manage vendors, contracts, and service providers. Comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast‑moving environment. High integrity, professionalism, and reliability in handling responsibilities. Open to learning and adapting as technology and business needs evolve.
