Installation & Setup:

Troubleshooting & Repair:

Maintenance:
Perform routine maintenance on systems to ensure they function correctly and meet performance standards.
Customer Support:
Interact professionally with customers, provide training on product usage, and maintain good relationships.
Documentation:
Document all work performed, maintain equipment logs, and document issues for future reference.
Logistics:
Manage technical products, services, and provisioning for assigned customers.
Typical Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor of Science or Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field is often preferred.
Experience:
Prior relevant work experience is a plus, especially in the telecommunication, aerospace, or related industries.
Skills:
Strong technical knowledge of the specific equipment and systems being supported.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Customer-oriented attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Willingness and ability to travel to various locations.
