About the role

Colliers International Philippines, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Lead Multi Skilled Technician to join our team in C5 Bridgetown, Pasig City. The Lead Multi-Skilled Technician is responsible for supervising and performing a wide range of technical tasks related to the maintenance, repair, and improvement of building systems, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and general civil works. The role also includes providing technical guidance to a team of technicians and ensuring that maintenance activities are performed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with established standards and procedures.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead and coordinate daily activities of the multi-skilled technician team to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Perform hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting on electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment, systems, and facilities to identify issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Assign tasks, monitor work progress, and provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians.
  • Respond to urgent maintenance requests and emergency repairs as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and materials used.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with safety regulations, standard operating procedures, and company policies.
  • Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or services when required.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of preventive maintenance programs.
  • Provide reports and updates to the Chief/ Shift Engineer or Property Manager.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in facilities maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead technician role.
  • Vocational diploma or technical certification in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or related field.
  • With TESDA NCII Certificate is advantage.
  • Strong working knowledge of building systems including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and schematics.
  • Good leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Physically fit and able to perform hands-on tasks.
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, or emergency call-outs as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
