We are seeking a Documentation Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in business and experience with daily reporting. As part of the team, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate and timely documentation, ensuring that all reports and data are consistently up-to-date. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to adapt to a night shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and manage daily reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Organize and maintain documentation and records for easy access and retrieval.
Ensure compliance with company documentation standards.
Support the team in data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
Coordinate with other departments for the timely completion of reports and documentation.
Assist in improving documentation processes and systems.

Qualifications:
Graduate of any business course
At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in documentation and daily reporting.
Willing to be assigned in Navotas and/or Bulacan
Capability to drive Sedan and heavier vehicles is a plus
