About the role

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our dynamic team at Super Candy Corporation. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing operations, responsible for the efficient and safe operation of our state-of-the-art production equipment. This is a full-time position based in our Caloocan City, Metro Manila facility.

What you'll be doing

  • Operate and monitor a variety of machines and equipment involved in the manufacturing process
  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance and product quality
  • Identify and troubleshoot any equipment malfunctions or issues, and take appropriate corrective actions
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient and seamless operations
  • Maintain detailed records of machine usage, production data, and any incidents or issues
  • Continuously look for ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of the manufacturing process

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with the operation and maintenance of industrial machinery
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to identify and resolve equipment issues
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and follow instructions effectively
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and protocols
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality
