What You’ll Lead in This Global Finance Role Be part of our client’s team as a Finance Manager and take charge of financial reporting, compliance, and operational excellence. You will manage U.S. GAAP reporting, strengthen internal controls, elevate accounting processes, and support strategic planning—all while partnering with global teams. Visit ) Free 24/7 access to our office gyms (Ortigas and Makati) with a free physical fitness trainer Exclusive Emapta Lifestyle perks (hotel and restaurant discounts, and more) Unlimited opportunities for employee referral incentives across the organization Standard government and Emapta benefits Total of 20 annual leaves to be used at your discretion (including 5 convertible to cash) Mentorship and exposure to global leaders and teams Diverse and supportive work environment What Makes You the Right Fit Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CA 3-7+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience under U.S. GAAP Strong technical accounting skills across core GAAP areas Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platform Strong background in controls, compliance, and process improvement Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Personal Attributes Highly process-oriented with keen attention to detail Integrity-driven with strong ownership of deliverables Proactive problem solver able to work independently and cross-functionally Your Core Financial Impact Areas Prepare, review, and maintain U.S. GAAP financial statements Support external reporting requirements and audit preparation Maintain compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory standards including SOX Ensure and review memos and technical accounting areas aligned with U.S. GAAP Accounting Operations & Process Management Oversee daily accounting operations across AP, AR, payroll journals, and general ledger Lead process improvements and maintain documentation Implement and optimize workflows and controls within NetSuite Oversee month-end close, reconciliations, and variance analysis Financial Planning & Analysis Support Assist the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Prepare management reporting packs and financial performance analysis Support modeling for financing and strategic initiatives Business Partnering Work closely with operations, sales, and cross-functional teams for accurate financial data Collaborate with Reporting and Compliance partners for seamless operations Welcome to Emapta Philippines Join a team that values camaraderie, excellence, and growth.
