Position Summary Lead the finance function and drive strategic financial planning, analysis and control to support business objectives. Ensure accurate financial reporting, efficient operations and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review and present monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash‑flow) and meaningful variance analysis. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes; monitor performance versus budget and provide recommendations for corrective action. Manage cash flow, treasury operations and ensure sufficient liquidity for business continuity. Develop and maintain financial policies, procedures and internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Supervise and mentor the finance team (accounting, financial planning & analysis, general ledger) to ensure high performance and professional development. Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, banks and other external stakeholders to coordinate audits, tax filings and financial due diligence. Provide strategic financial insights and partner with business heads to influence decision‑making, cost management and growth initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field; professional certification (CPA, CMA, ACCA) preferred. Typically 2‑3 years of experience in finance / accounting roles, including management or supervisory experience. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to interpret complex financial data. Advanced proficiency in financial software and tools. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with ability to collaborate across departments.
