Senior Copywriting Planner

1. Strategic Content Development: Develop an engaging, innovative content strategy that is consistent with your company’s brand image and marketing goals. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure message consistency across all channels.
2. Creative Ideation: Host brainstorming sessions to come up with creative ideas to generate fresh ideas for events, product launches and brand initiatives. Translate conceptual ideas into engaging copy that resonates with your target audience.
3. Copywriting skills: Produce high-quality copy for a variety of media, including print, digital media, social media, and video scripts. Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and narrative principles.
4. Brand Voice Guardian: Serve as the guardian of the brand’s voice and tone of voice, maintaining consistency and authenticity across all touchpoints. Continuously refine and develop the brand's message to remain relevant in an ever-changing market environment.
5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research to identify industry trends, consumer insights and competitor strategies. Leverage data-driven insights to guide content decisions and optimize performance.
6. Team leadership and coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to junior copywriters and planners to promote growth and development within the team. Lead by example and inspire creativity, collaboration and excellence in all aspects of the role.
7. Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless execution of events and initiatives.
8. Continuous learning and development: Stay up to date on emerging trends, techniques, and best practices in copywriting, content marketing, and creative storytelling. Actively seek opportunities for career growth and skill improvement.

Job Requirements:
1. Experience: Engaged in copywriting work for at least 3 years.
2. Skills: Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems.
3. Field experience: Candidates with experience in iGaming, Web3 and Internet fields will be given priority.
4. Teamwork: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across teams.
5. Creativity: Strong conceptual thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
6. Portfolio: Bring works to showcase your creative and copywriting works.
7. Leadership: Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to guide and inspire others.
