The Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer who’s passionate about building great products and growing their craft. You’ll work alongside senior engineers, designers, and product managers to bring ideas to life—from clean APIs to snappy UIs.
This is a hands-on role for someone who’s confident in both frontend and backend work, but still eager to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain features across the stack (Rails backend + modern frontend)
- Collaborate with designers and PMs to create intuitive, user-focused products
- Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
- Optimize performance, squash bugs, and improve system reliability
- Learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Our Tech Stack:
- Backend: Ruby on Rails
- Frontend: React, Hotwire, StimulusJS
- Infra & Database: Heroku & PostgreSQL

What We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years of experience building full stack applications
- At least 1 year working on large-scale Ruby on Rails applications
- Familiarity with modern frontend tools (React, Stimulus, or similar)
- Strong SQL fundamentals
- Experience delivering clear and well-tested code

Bonus Points For:
Hands-on with data warehouse technologies like Redshift, ClickHouse, or Cassandra
