Job Objectives
The Integration Manager will oversee and coordinate the integration of multiple disciplines, systems, contractors, and project components on the Solar power plant project. The role will ensure that design, construction, commissioning, and handover phases are aligned and executed in a fully integrated, seamless manner to meet project goals on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in the integration of major construction or infrastructure projects. Experience in a Solar power plant project is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle, design coordination, and construction sequencing.
- Familiarity with systems integration, particularly on infrastructure or complex building projects.
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Willing to be assigned in Gapan, Nueva Ecija.
- Willing to accept a Project-based status.
