The Contracts Manager will oversee all contractual and procurement activities for the MTerraSolar Project in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. This role is critical to ensuring that all contracts, subcontracts, and agreements are administered in compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards. The Contracts Manager will work closely with the project management team, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies to manage risk, ensure compliance, and support the successful execution of the project. Key Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and procurement agreements. Administer contract terms and ensure obligations are met by all parties. Support procurement activities, including preparation of tender documents and evaluation of bids. Ensure compliance with local laws, permits, and industry regulations. Monitor and manage contract changes, claims, and variations. Identify and mitigate contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders. Prepare regular reports on contract status, risks, and milestones. Maintain accurate records of contract documents, approvals, and change orders. Job Requirements / Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Law, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. At least 5 years of experience in contract management, ideally in infrastructure, construction, or energy projects. Familiarity with FIDIC or similar international contract standards is an advantage. Knowledge of Philippine construction laws, procurement procedures, and regulatory frameworks. Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Excellent organizational, documentation, and communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management tools. Experience working on renewable energy or solar power projects is preferred. Ability to work on‑site in Gapan, Nueva Ecija, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
