- Ticket escalation to L3 (Non-Nego)
- Can run triage if there are P1 incident (Non-Nego)
- Familiar with the Root Cause Analysis (Non-Nego)
- Troubleshoot the solution according to the reported ticket (Non-Nego)
- Amenable to work at Makati
