The Learning Experience Senior Officer/Learning Designer enhances the learning experience and outcomes of employees and the business through learner-centric design, enhancing engagement and embedment of learning. Through collaboration with the learning team, they design and develop impactful digital learning solutions that drive employee growth and align with organisational objectives.
Job Description:
Learning Solutions Development
Collaborate with the learning team, to understand learning needs and objectives.
Design and develop meaningful, learner centric, digital learning solutions.
Develop digital learning solutions which align with wider learning programs to contribute to the creation of holistic learning experience.
Incorporate feedback to continuously improve learning solutions.
Design and Quality Assurance
Ensure learning materials align with organisational learning and development goals, frameworks and policies.
Review and continuously improve existing content in line with learning governance framework to ensure it remains up-to-date, relevant and effective.
Ensure consistency and best practice in how learning is designed and developed.
Content Creation and Management
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality learning content that aligns to learners’ needs.
Ensure learning content is accessible and engaging.
Ensure digital content is supported on various platforms and devices.
Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies within learning to incorporate innovative solutions.
Work with the learning team to ensure content is delivered effectively.
Keep up-to-date and bring innovative ideas to continue to enhance the learning experience of employees through technology.
