Inbound Loan Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inbound Loan Representative to join our dynamic team in US.  It’s a leading financial institution dedicated to providing excellent financial services to our customers

As an Inbound Loan Representative, you are responsible for handling incoming inquiries and assisting customers with their loan-related needs. You serve as the primary point of contact for customers who are seeking information, applying for loans, or seeking assistance with existing loan accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound inquiries from US consumers about personal financing
• Efficiently complete quick personal finance application forms and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate.
• Communicate with customers to gather additional information or clarification regarding their loan applications.
• Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding loan application, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
• Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant documents to assess risk and make informed lending decisions.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and other team members to ensure efficient processing of loan applications.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of loan applications, approvals, and denials.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to loan processing and underwriting.
• Adhere to compliance guidelines and internal policies to ensure a high level of integrity and risk management.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the US financial industry, especially related to consumer finance
• Knowledge of credit ratings, their implications and how they impact financing decisions
• .Familiarity with basic standard and practices of financing in the U.S.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in U.S or Australian campaigns, preferably in credit card or personal finance.
• Proficient computer skills and familiarity with relevant software.
