Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Doctors Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, clinics, and doctor's offices, ensuring that all necessary documentation is obtained to facilitate the timely shipment of Continuous Glucose Monitors (CGMs) to patients. Your ability to build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and efficiently manage document requests will be crucial to supporting our mission of improving diabetes care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initiate and manage outbound calls to healthcare providers, clinics, and doctor's offices to request and obtain required documentation for CGM shipments.
  • Respond to inbound calls from providers, addressing any questions or concerns related to the documentation process.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and promptly submitted to facilitate timely patient care.
  • Maintain clear and organized records of all communication and documentation requests.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with healthcare providers and office staff to streamline the documentation process.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth processing and delivery of CGMs to patients.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and best practices related to medical documentation and patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in a similar role, such as medical documentation specialist, customer service representative, or healthcare coordinator.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with healthcare professionals.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with remote work tools and systems, including CRM platforms and communication software.
  • Ability to work independently and remain motivated while working remotely.
  • Knowledge of medical documentation processes and healthcare industry regulations is a plus.
