We are seeking a motivated and reliable E-commerce Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that will help us streamline our online store operations and boost sales.

Responsibilities:
Product Management:
  • Create and maintain accurate product listings on our e-commerce platform.
  • Source and edit high-quality product images.
  • Manage inventory levels and track stock.
  • Research and update product descriptions to optimize for search engines.
Marketing and Sales:
  • Assist with social media management tasks, such as scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
  • Research and implement basic SEO strategies to improve our online store's visibility.
  • Prepare marketing materials (e.g., email newsletters) as needed.
Other Duties:
  • Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
  • Stay up-to-date on e-commerce trends and best practices.
  • Be a self-starter and take initiative to identify and complete tasks that will benefit the business.

Qualifications:
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using a variety of computer software, including e-commerce platforms, email, and web browsers.
  • Experience with E-commerce is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Compensation:
  • $550-$800.
  • M-F, weekends off.
  • Permanent WFH.
