CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - EMAIL AND CHAT SUPPORT
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Email and Chat to provide exceptional support to our customers via email and chat. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and issues via email and chat in a timely and professional mannerProvide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving issues and concerns in a courteous and efficient mannerUse problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and concernsCollaborate with internal teams to resolve escalated issuesMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues using our CRM systemMeet or exceed customer service metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfactionStay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate information is provided to customersParticipate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in an email or chat support roleExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple prioritiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think criticallyProficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends (if applicable)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsStaff Outsourcing Solutions is an offshoring and outsourcing solutions provider based in Cebu.
