Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and medical institutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and development.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Train, coach, and mentor sales representatives to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in medical sales, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including understanding of medical products, services, and regulations.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite.
