Overview

Join to apply for the Senior Associate | Payroll role at Macquarie Group. You will be a client-facing Payroll Associate responsible for the seamless delivery of payroll and related services to employees across the Asia Pacific region.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing with a focus on accuracy, compliance and timely delivery.
  • Leverage tools like Excel and other applications to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation; learn new technologies and innovative practices.
  • Analyse payroll data to generate insights for decision-making and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
What You Offer
  • Tertiary qualifications in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or other user-developer applications, with a strong aptitude for leveraging technology to solve problems and streamline processes
